Glad to know that you are thinking How to start a Blog?  It is very Easy then you think. I started mine from blogger as a free domain just to get my feet wet and start to see what I can do in the blogging world.

First of all, find a domain, you can purchase one or you can start as I did by using a free platform.

AdSense to monetize your Blog in the long run. Just make Shure you comply worth Google's terms and conditions. Anyway, there are a lot of alternatives to AdSense plus, you have affiliate Marketing.

Monetizing aside, you may want to choose your niche-services, products or interest that may appeal to the audience you want to target.

Health,parenting, tech ,travel,sport,movies ,food,politics and the list goes on. Make sure that your niche falls under any expertise or skill you have. For Example, travel make sure you have traveled to the places you write about and it's not just copied and paste.

when writing a blog, make sure your title has the keywords of what you are writing about, the keyword is also found in the first paragraph of your Blog, in the main body and if you can in the last paragraph. Make sure that URL of your blog has all keywords as well for search engines.

Do not copy and paste. You may use content on other sites but leave it to a minimum.Blogging is about you. what makes it unique are you? People want to know what your opinions are written them down. Use what makes you.

Grammar should be good, the blog should be well written with a flow of words and ideas. Add photos or images to attract the reader, and make sure you reach 100 words. This is the reason why I started with a free domain. I had no clue on How to start my own Blog. I heard that WordPress has many design and templates to make a blog look professional. Unlike Blogger, I have to keep it simple for application for AdSense.
